BGD supporters mission

Japan, whose average age is over 48 and facing a shrinking workforce, needs a young workforce from overseas. Bangladesh is a least developed country and needs support from abroad.
By joining forces with Bangladesh, a pro-Japanese country with a population of 170 million and an average age of 28 years, we will develop while helping each other.
Bangladeshi youth want to work in Japan to support their families. I want to learn Japanese technology.
Japanese companies need young human resources. By harnessing the power of Bangladesh's youth, we can create win-win relationships for individuals, businesses and the nation.

What kind of country is Bangladesh?

Strong pro-Japanese country

When Bangladesh gained independence from Pakistan in 1871, Japan recognized Bangladesh as a nation for the first time, and its national flag was also adopted with reference to Japan. Since then, Bangladesh has become a strongly pro-Japanese country through various ODA programs.

In Bangladesh, the rainy season and cyclones cause flooding almost every year, and more than 30% of the country's rural population are among the poorest. There was a time when it was one of the poorest countries.

Bangladesh has a population of approximately 170 million people, with an average age of 24 years. In contrast, Vietnam has a population of approximately 100 million people and an average age of 31 years. Therefore, Bangladesh is a country rich in young talent.

As a Bangladeshi, I decided this is what I was meant to do and started my own business.
