Japan, whose average age is over 48 and facing a shrinking workforce, needs a young workforce from overseas.
Bangladesh is a least developed country and needs support from abroad.
By joining forces with Bangladesh, a pro-Japanese country with a population of 170 million and an average age
of 28 years, we will develop while helping each other.
Bangladeshi youth want to work in Japan to support their families. I want to learn Japanese technology.
Japanese companies need young human resources. By harnessing the power of Bangladesh's youth, we can create
win-win relationships for individuals, businesses and the nation.
BGD supporters create fateful encounters between Bangladesh and Japan, between companies and individuals, and
between companies.

CEO
ANAN HAN AMIR
It has been 32 years since I came to Japan. I had many difficulties in Japan, but the Japanese people helped
me. Now it's Bangladesh's turn. If young and talented Bangladeshis can work in Japan, it will help solve
Japan's labor shortage.
Temporary staffing can contribute to the development of Bangladesh, which is a poor country.
I hope that Japan and Bangladesh will help each other and contribute to the SDGs.
As a Bangladeshi, I decided this is what I was meant to do and started my own business.
We would like to support Bangladeshi youth to work in Japanese companies, provide them with a place to play an
active role, and grow together with them.
thank you very much.
